All tourists are met by unusual guides dressed in traditional costumes and colorful masks. Everyone can also try on their favorite national costume, and experienced guides will tell the tourists about its history. There you can get acquainted with ancient Bhutanese architecture, see a traditional house made out of old wood with old ruined houses window and door frames. You can also learn a couple of folk songs that women sing during the construction of their beautiful houses. In addition, there is an opportunity to try your hand at real archery or at playing khuru, a Bhutanese version of darts, with locals, or to go to craft workshops, to learn how to weave or make rice wine.
Moreover, there is a small collection of ancient Bhutanese artifacts and a cozy traditional restaurant where national cuisine dishes are served. Among such dishes, there are Hemadatsi, the popular spicy dish with cheese and chili, and Jasha Maru with chicken and vegetables. Do not forget to try authentic Tibetan Butter tea with salt and yak butter.

One of the main attractions of the Simply Bhutan Museum is the local gift shop of the talented master Pema Tshering. He is a world-famous woodcarver. He was born with a birth defect but learned to use his legs instead of hands, and today the whole world is following his amazing work. All visitors to the museum have a unique opportunity to see this fantastic performance for themselves.
In the courtyard of the museum, there is a magic wheel of wishes where you must throw a coin and make the most cherished wish. Locals are sure that the fondest wishes will be definitely granted.
