A great number of tourists from all over the world, sounds of children laughing, music and noise of hydro cycles – this is a description of almost every Turkish resort during a hot summer. Although, it is possible to spend time in contemplation of nature even in crowded resort towns like fabulous Kusadasi. The long, wide, and in some places empty Pamucak beach extends along the Aegean Seashore just a step away from the city bustle as if it is hidden on purpose from an annoying crowd.
The beach of Pamucak differs from all the tiny city beaches on the coast. With a length of almost 5 kilometers and a width of up to 100 meters, it is just a few minutes' drive from the noisy resort. Here you can feel how tiny yellow sand softly covers your feet, while gentle waves flush them back into the sea. This fight for human attention between land and sea lasts for hundreds of years, forming the slope of the foreshore.
Several meters of clean water heated by the sun and nice water entry turned Pamucak beach into a favorite location for family holidays. There is no better place to teach a child to swim or to let children play on the waves than here. The beach is also attracted by young newlyweds. Its exotic landscape has been a popular destination for wedding photoshoots since long ago.
Amateur swimmers and families with young children are best to visit Pamucak in the morning before lunch when the wind does not blow from the sea. On the one hand, a cool wind seems to be the best thing that can happen on the beach under the scorching sun rays, but sometimes this light breeze makes the waves unsafe for inexperienced swimmers.
