In one very small state, there were several large transport museums at once. It's like the beginning of a fairy tale for adults. However, if you discard the fabulous «once upon a time», you will get a very real story about the small Principality of Andorra and several of its museums, including the impressive motorcycle museum in the small town of Canillo.

The museum, under the sonorous name «Two Wheels», was opened in 2007. Since then it has been visited by thousands of fans of balancing on two wheels. There are no windows or anything else in the room to distract from the main heroes of the occasion – the rarest and most extravagant bikes in the world. Since Gottlieb Daimler invented the first motorcycle in 1885, his invention has been constantly improving and winning the love of an increasing number of fans. All stages of technical and design evolution of this form of transport can be observed within the walls of the museum. There are exhibits from all over the world, starting from the end of the 19th century.

The museum collection counts about 150 models of motorcycles, including many real rarities that exist only in a single copy. They are all in perfect condition and are arranged in chronological order. Besides representatives of such famous modern brands as Vespa, Peugeot, Honda, and BMW, there are models of other Italian brands, Lambretta and Ducati, Belgian Sarolea, or Spanish Bultaco and Montesa. It is impossible to single out the most valuable exhibit in this museum – there are many of them. An extravagant French Majestic of the '30s and Cazenave of 1951, a very rare Meracar and stellar KTM belonging to the famous participant of the Paris-Dakar Rally, Cyril Despres, and the only surviving Le Rive from 1902. The oldest exhibit of the museum is the French steampunk motorcycle – F. Diamant. It is the only surviving model with a steam engine from 1900.

In addition to retro motorcycles, the «Two Wheels» museum also features sports cars belonging to famous motorcycle racers. Besides, experienced guides will share not only technical data but also interesting stories about each exhibit.
