El Chimalhuache Ecopark

The town of Chimalhuacan has one place which is incredibly popular among residents. On a good day, when the Mexican sun is heated to the limit, and the air is dense and has the same color as the legendary warrior with a shield… people go to the lake, a huge emerald reservoir!

The water of El Chimalhuache Lake refreshes with one look to it! It even feels cold. The lake is only a part of the park, though it is very big. On a hill of 13 thousand square meters, there is a huge ecotourism park with an emerald horseshoe-shaped lake, three swimming pools, a planetarium, a cinema, and numerous sports grounds.

It is hard to find a natural shadow here, trees are not growing so well. But the architects found a solution and installed cute umbrellas throughout the park.

Here you can do sports, run a catamaran in the lake, relax in a deckchair, explore space, or make a glamorous photoshoot. It seems that you are not in a city park in an ordinary Mexican city but an expensive hotel. There are palm trees, a blue transparent pool, the sun, and the mountains. So nice!

Do not be surprised when you see the police in the park. It is known that Chimalchuacan is not the safest city in the country. But local authorities are fighting crime. The park has 24-hour security.

Hurry up to see how El Chimalhuache looks right now. Who knows, maybe in a few years it will be immense. The authorities want to expand it and add animals. They plan to make a small farm and, probably, another pool.
