Tokelau (New Zealand)

The Tokelau Islands remain an example of isolation and seclusion, as they are considered perhaps the most inaccessible land in the region. There are no cities, harbors, airports, banks, and roads, very little signs of modern civilization, but there are many traces and evidence of Polynesian culture, and nature is simply amazing.

There are fantastic conditions for diving and snorkelling: creatures living in the waters of lagoons and at the outer edges of reefs, are practically not affected by humans. Life there is so simple and social traditions so complex. Therefore, it can be said that Tokelau is an almost unlimited space for a flight of imagination for fans of ethnotourism.
